Privacy Policy
NightWatch ("we", "us") operates nightwatchbot.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we cannot see your password).
- Binance API keys: stored encrypted at rest. We require trade-only keys and automatically reject keys with withdrawal permission. We can never move your funds.
- Service data: your plan, settings (risk level, theme), bot activity logs, and trade rationales generated for your account.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging.
What we do NOT collect
- We never ask for or store your Binance password.
- We do not collect payment card numbers — payments are processed by our payment provider.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Ever.
How we use your data
To operate the service: authenticate you, run your bot with your API keys, generate analyses, send account emails (verification, important notices), and keep the platform secure.
Third parties
- Binance: your API keys are used to communicate with Binance on your behalf. Binance's own privacy policy applies to your Binance account.
- Anthropic (Claude API): market data (prices, indicators, public news headlines) is sent to generate analyses and trade reviews. No personal data or API keys are ever included in these requests.
- Infrastructure: our servers are hosted by Hetzner in the European Union (Germany).
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@nightwatchbot.com — we delete your account data, including encrypted API keys, within 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. EU residents have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
