How do I connect my Binance account?
Sign in → Dashboard → follow the 6-step guide. You'll create a trade-only API key on Binance (withdrawal permission off), restrict it to our server IP, and paste it into the dashboard. Takes about 5 minutes.
Is my money safe? Can NightWatch withdraw funds?
No. Your funds stay in your Binance account. We only accept trade-only API keys — keys with withdrawal permission are automatically rejected. Your keys are stored encrypted.
The bot won't start
- Check that your email is verified (banner on the dashboard).
- Check that your plan includes the bot (Pro or Trader).
- Check that your API keys are saved and your Binance Futures account is activated.

Why did the bot skip a trade / not trade all day?
By design. Coins are checked one per minute in rotation, and an AI reviewer can veto entries that look weak — you'll see "AI skipped" entries in your Night log with the reason. No signal, no trade. Quiet days are normal and healthy.
How do stop loss and take profit work?
Every position is protected before it matters: a stop-loss and take-profit order are placed on Binance immediately after entry. If a stop-loss order cannot be placed, the position is closed instantly for safety. Tap any position on the dashboard to see its exact levels.
How do I change my risk level?
Account → Risk level. Healthy (2x–5x) is recommended. Changes apply the next time the watch starts.
How do I cancel my plan?
Account → Plan → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the billing period, then move to Free. Open positions are not closed automatically — manage them first.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@nightwatchbot.com from your account email — we delete everything, including your encrypted API keys, within 30 days.
