⚠️ Plain-language summary: NightWatch is a tool, not an advisor. Crypto is risky — you can lose money, and any trading the bot does happens under your instructions, at your risk. We never hold your funds. No profit is promised, ever.

1. The service

NightWatch provides automated cryptocurrency market analysis and, on paid plans, automated trade execution on your own Binance account via API keys that you provide. NightWatch is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or investment advisor.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on this platform — analyses, briefings, trade rationales, signals, or automated trades — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is informational. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency derivatives with leverage involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire margin. Past performance does not indicate future results. Automated systems can malfunction, markets can move violently, and exchange APIs can fail. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
Use trade-only Binance API keys (withdrawal permission disabled). We reject keys with withdrawal access, but key security remains your responsibility.
Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, including whether crypto derivatives trading is permitted where you live.
You must be at least 18 years old.

5. Subscriptions & cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; cancellation downgrades you to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Cancelling the plan stops the bot but does not close your open positions — manage those on the dashboard or on Binance.

6. Service availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, exchange API changes, or force majeure may interrupt the service. The bot may miss trades or fail to act during interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NightWatch and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for market manipulation, money laundering, evading sanctions, reverse engineering the platform, or reselling access without written permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
